JOB DESCRIPTION
As a General Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively. We are seeking someone proactive, capable of handling and resolving office-related matters promptly and with a high level of professionalism.
ACTIVITIES
Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner.
Organizing and maintaining both digital and physical filing systems.
Scheduling and coordinating appointments.
Supporting the resolution of service concerns or questions
Helping manage records, applications, or client information
Ensuring accurate and timely documentation of relevant interactions or updates
Offering general administrative support as workflows require
REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Power Point, Excel)
Excellent people skills
Energetic, creative, with the will to give the extra mile
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (preferred)
Reside in the Metropolitan Area of Monterrey
