We are looking for Bilingual Talent for our Customer Service position.

Our offices are located at Mexico City, Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez; but this role is 100% Remote.

For this role, we need a Bilingual Customer Service Agent with following requirements:

1. English level.- C1 / Native English
2. High School Diploma or Equivalent
3. At least 6 months or 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Agent

Must have skills and knowledge:

1. Must be sharp, professional, independent, and self-motivated
2. Experience working in fast-moving environment
3. Smart, fast learner, and proactive, (i.e., a thinker, not just a doer)
4. Great customer service, a pleasant and friendly personality
5. Drive to provide the best over phone experience for customer
6. Word, Excel, Power Point efficient

Responsibilities: 

1. Provide Outstanding customer service experience over the phone
2. Customer Support:
3. Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Address a wide range of inquiries, including product information, order status, billing inquiries, returns, and general support.
4. Product Knowledge:
5. Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Home Depot's products, services, promotions, and policies to offer helpful recommendations and guidance to customers.
6. Communication:
7. Communicate effectively and clearly to convey information, answer questions, and provide instructions to customers.

Connectivity Requirements

• Satellite, dial-up, & mobile (LTE/5G) connections are not permitted
• Download Speed: >30 Mbps
• Upload Speed: >10 Mbps
• Latency: <150 ms loaded
• CAT5e Patch cord from Network Interface Card to ISP's router

(WiFi connections are not permitted)
