We are looking for Bilingual Talent for our Customer Service position.
Our offices are located at Mexico City, Colonia del Valle, Benito Juárez; but this role is 100% Remote.
For this role, we need a Bilingual Customer Service Agent with following requirements:
English level.- C1 / Native English
High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months or 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Agent
Must have skills and knowledge:
Must be sharp, professional, independent, and self-motivated
Experience working in fast-moving environment
Smart, fast learner, and proactive, (i.e., a thinker, not just a doer)
Great customer service, a pleasant and friendly personality
Drive to provide the best over phone experience for customer
Word, Excel, Power Point efficient
Responsibilities:
Provide Outstanding customer service experience over the phone
Customer Support:
Handle inbound calls from customers with professionalism and empathy. Address a wide range of inquiries, including product information, order status, billing inquiries, returns, and general support.
Product Knowledge:
Develop a comprehensive understanding of The Home Depot's products, services, promotions, and policies to offer helpful recommendations and guidance to customers.
Communication:
Communicate effectively and clearly to convey information, answer questions, and provide instructions to customers.

Satellite, dial-up, & mobile (LTE/5G) connections are not permitted

Latency: <150 ms loaded
