supporting the industrial engineering team in the analysis of times and movements to be able to perform an adequate line balancing based on this analysis, assigning the correct DL based on demand, obtaining the capacity analysis of shared equipment of the different projects likewise that of the dedicated teams to have an overview of what demand is what the production line can support.

What a typical day looks like:

• Taking times with movements and video process.
• Line balancing based on demand.
• Apply lean manufacturing in production line
• Carry out capacity analysis of the equipment based on the models that are running.
• Layout update improving flows based on 7 ways.
