Job Description
The Sr Advanced Total Rewards Analyst - US Support, will support the compensation and benefits programs for the United States of America. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships for Health and Welfare (risk) Insurance, Retirement, Savings Plan, Non-Core benefit programs, invoices and compliance reporting. In addition, will be responsible for supporting employee escalations resolution and continuously look for efficiencies within the benefit programs.

The Sr Advanced Total Rewards Analyst - US Support, will support the compensation and benefits programs for the United States of America. The incumbent will manage vendor relationships for Health and Welfare (risk) Insurance, Retirement, Savings Plan, Non-Core benefit programs, invoices and compliance reporting. In addition, will be responsible for supporting employee escalations resolution and continuously look for efficiencies within the benefit programs.
JOB DUTIES:
- Manage the US 401(k) savings plan program and our deferred compensation program and perform all administrative and compliance related support
- Manage the US Pension Plans (both qualified and non-qualified) and perform all administrative and compliance related support
- Lead the effective administration of US Leave of Absence programs, including: short-term disability, Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), State Paid Family Leave programs, Parental Leave, Special Medical Leave of Absence, and any other approved leave programs
- Manage vendor relationships for our 401(k), Pension, and Leave administration programs
- Support HRBP and employee escalation resolution with focus on continuous improvement
- Review/Update or Develop and document processes to eliminate single point failure
- Establish an audit process for existing SOP's to ensure process changes/updates are captured
- Process invoices accurately and timely
- Support Total Rewards team with new products, services and policy/benefit changes.
- Provide support in (annual) enrollments for benefits
- Support required compliance filings (preparing reports, researching discrepancies)
- Audit benefit programs to ensure accurate enrollment
- Perform job evaluations, grading, and market pricing
- Support the annual compensation planning process
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Preferred 8 - 10 years of benefits and/or plan administration experience
- Proficient computer skills, including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
