Training & OD Coordinator
Requirements:
- Business Administration, Psychology, LAE, RI, Industrial or similar.
- English Conversational skills- fluent - MUST
- Advanced MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, Power point, etc)
- Preparation of DNC, career plans, training audits, STPS procedures, LMS and certified instructor (desirable), development of skill matrix.
- Effective communication, negotiation, organization, perseverance, multi-skills, responsible, focused on results.

3-5 Minimum Years of Experience as Training & OD Coordinator:
- Detect training needs in order to identify the requirements of the different areas of the plant, as well as the analysis of the performance tool to include the appropriate training in the annual training plan.
- Develop, implement and follow up on the annual training plan for salary and indirect personnel so that what is planned for each area is fulfilled as well as enriching it according to the needs that arise.
- Ensure the training of internal instructors in the different areas and disciplines that allow us to transmit and train our staff through the internal courses of our process.
- Communicate and ensure that HR procedures are carried out based on policies. Have documentary evidence to keep the plant in compliance in any audit.
- Audit the operational training and certification process in conjunction with manufacturing.
- Audit the correct update of the skills matrices and non-incumbent operator sheets on a weekly basis.
- Organize and give an induction course to the company to new staff. Deliver the staff to the different areas and monitor compliance with the Onboarding Workbook.
- Correctly register the personnel training programs with the STPS and all associated procedures.
