We are looking for an OTC Shared Service Center Manager, who will help us lead the accounts receivables team and play a key role for the annual cash goals.
What will your day-to-day work be like?
Supervision of the OTC team
Improve the cash collection forecast process
Supports all SOX (Sarbanes Oxley) compliance requirements, and defines/redefines controls and processes to maintain best practices
Manage order entry, invoicing, handling disputes, and ensuring timely payments.
What do you need to join us?
Professional in Accounting or Finance (titulado con cédula)
5+ years of experience
Experience in a SSC (Shared Service Center)
Advanced English
SAP experience
Advanced Excel
Team management experience
*This is a hybrid position, however the first 3 months of training will be onsite. Offices are located by el Obispado.
