We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled sales professional to manage and expand business within a designated territory. This role involves full-cycle account management, from prospecting and onboarding to long-term client support and strategic development.
Primary ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Relations
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned region.
Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular communication and on-site visits.
Resolve client issues related to pricing, quotations, and technical matters.
Present company capabilities and product offerings to potential clients.
Technical and Product Support
Deliver product training and technical support to clients, distributors, and engineering firms.
Maintain a strong understanding of the company's product lines and their applications.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales support, engineering, production) to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Strategy and Business Development
Negotiate contracts at various levels (local to international).
Participate in trade shows, customer events, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies.
Operational and Administrative Tasks
Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and sales orders.
Manage documentation including tenders, customer records, and order tracking.
Coordinate delivery schedules, invoicing, and credit approvals.
Monitor customer payments and resolve disputes or delivery issues.
Candidate Profile Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree required.
Experience in industrial sealing, gaskets, or related fields preferred.
Technical or mechanical background is a plus.
Skills and Competencies
Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and using measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, torque wrenches).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
Other Requirements
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Willingness to travel frequently, including internationally.
Ability to work in industrial environments (e.g., refineries, power plants).
