The rol is a hybrid position. In person meetings can be attended in one of the following Mexico locations: Guadalajara, Monterrey, CDMX, Querétaro, or Aguascalientes.
Key Responsibilities:
Document client Employee Central requirements and map to other SuccessFactors modules as appropriate
Configure the SuccessFactors Employee Central solution and perform initial testing
Identify system functional gaps which will require system enhancements/customization
Test the SuccessFactors solution for accuracy and fulfillment of Employee Central requirements
Train users in master data management, new business processes, transactional activity, and report execution
Maintain accurate and up to date workbooks and other requirement gathering documents
Update SharePoint project site as directed by the Project Manager for accurate issue tracking and project reporting
Maintain accurate and up to date issue logs so that all gaps are documented and resolved
Support end users during hyper care immediately after go-live for the new SuccessFactors Employee Central solution
Collaborate internally with other team members on continuous improvement
Qualifications:
4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central
Experience leading teams and driving their work to ensure project timelines are met
2+ years of experience of consultancy environment for multicultural projects
Experience leading end to end global implementation projects
Experience managing work streams, including monitoring for project issues and sound judgement for escalation
Superior communications skills, both verbal and written Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel.
