Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior leaders at PGIM Real Estate. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and administrative skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage executives' calendars and schedule meetings efficiently.
Coordinate international travel logistics, including accommodations and client meetings.
Serve as the primary liaison between executives, internal teams, and global clients.
Prepare, review, and translate key documents, and presentations in English and Spanish.
Handle information and strategic data with utmost confidentiality.
Assist in organizing corporate events, investor meetings, and industry seminars.
Oversee administrative tasks to ensure optimal workflow in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bilingual: Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Experience: Minimum 10 years in similar roles within finance, investment, or real estate sectors.
Organization: Strong time management and attention to detail.
Technical proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and corporate communication platforms.
Discretion & professionalism: Ability to handle highly confidential information with integrity.
Proactive approach: Ability to anticipate executive needs and propose strategic solutions.
