We are looking to hire a Quality Planning Inhouse for our plant in Ramos Arizpe

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and ensure feasibility together with the industrialization team.
• Implementation of quality planning for international projects.
• Creation of control plans for prototypes, pre-production, safe launch, and handover to series production.
• Definition of type and scope of requalification check.
• Participation in risk analyses (e.g., design/system/process/FMEA)
• Implementation of lessons learned measures to minimize nonconformity costs and risks.
• Support in moderating process FMEA workshops
• Participation in the project team in the product and process release at the localization locations.
• Evaluation of quality aspects within the scope of acceptance at the equipment manufacturer.
• Central Q contact for the industrialization of new products at the ZF locations
• Application and training of relevant quality methods/tools.

Qualifications:

• Relevant, completed technical studies (e.g., mechanical engineering).
• Alternatively completed technical training with further training as a technician or specialist.
• Experience in quality planning, SPC, measuring technology, risk analyses, and quality methods desirable.
• Good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Self-initiative, independent working methods, and assertiveness.
