Job objective:

Exceed the MTP Goals in turnover growth and profitability

Description of main tasks:

1. Actively support Sales in the calculation phase, organize internal functional departments and customer information as needed for a successful quotation and CBD by sales

2. Execute CPS customer projects to cost, quality and timing targets of CC and customer, put emphasis on strong involvement of the plants from the start of a project. A customer or change project is closed with Release of Gate 4.

3. Pursue effective GM oriented change management throughout the customer project development phase, meet all CC project quality gates

4. Coordinate CPS product and sales initiatives worldwide in the CPS community, specifically coordinate with product and process engineering and provide sales with marketing information needed on the customer side. Take over early phase projects from product engineering into the RFQ phase once a project number for calculation is assigned.

1. Support the CPS acquisition targets

2. Lead CPS customer projects from PO thru EO

Education/Skill/Competencies

· Bachelor degree in engineering or economics (or comparable additional qualification)

· 1-2 years of professional experience in an industrial company, preferably within the automotive sector

· 1-2 years of work experience within an international environment

· English language on C1-C2 level
