Job Description
Wood Mackenzie has an exciting opportunity for a Campaign Performance specialist to join our fast-paced, dynamic global business as a key part of our Marketing Performance team. Driving operational excellence across the department you will ensuring the foundational elements are in place to optimise marketing output and effectiveness. Our aim is to enable the department to do the best work and deliver on our commercial commitments. Key to our success is ensuring our marketing campaign platform is fully optimised through deep subject matter discovery and training expertise.

Job Description

Main Responsibilities
- Act as joint Product Owner for our Marketing Automation platform - Salesforce Pardot
- Collect and analyse contact and performance data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness, as well as understanding its value in driving decision-making in the business
- Support marketing operations and process improvement with audience mapping, contact generation, data quality governance
- Work in close partnership with our teams to provide continuous hands-on training, 1-1 training, coaching, guidance on the use of various marketing platforms. Provide 1st-level of platform support and trouble-shooting, together with the rest of the Marketing Performance team
- Keep internal stakeholders aware of ongoing workloads and fixes/builds - able to interpret Marketing Department challenges and provide workable solutions
- Work with data visualisation tools to track key performance metrics ensuring that their users can understand and act upon the information
- Work with the rest of the Performance team members to ensure various reporting framework, data points and performance results are consistent and accurate
- Develop and maintain email traffic management procedures
- Maintain and improve the existing library of training. Develop user guides and training documentation whenever needed.
Qualifications
About You
- Advanced Pardot experience essential
- Detail orientated and results focused
- Good judgement, analytical and decision-making attributes
- Competence and aptitude in being able to handle complex and varied workloads
- Able to advocate best practice and compliance
- Strong communication and relationship building skills, with an ability to communicate across a range of stakeholders whilst avoiding technical jargon
- Strong planning skills, with an ability to prioritise own workload to meet agreed deadlines
- High degree of accuracy, combining attention to detail and an inquisitive approach
- Ideally experienced user of Power BI, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel, AWS, Salesforce
- Strong data evaluation skills - with the ability to extract and interpret data from various sources and transform it into insights and recommendations
- Performs well managing multiple priorities and working in a matrixed environment
- Comfortable delivering to tight deadlines
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships
- Strong customer focus, both internal and external
Expectations
- We are a hybrid working company and the successful applicant will be expected to be physically present in the office at least 2 days per week to foster and contribute to a collaborative environment, but this may be subject to change in the future.
- While this is expected to be a full-time role, part-time or flexible working arrangements will be considered.
- Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
