Working in the Electrification Division in our site at San Luis Potosi you will be Leading the execution of projects involving mainly electrification spare parts for internal and external costumers, ensuring that they are executed in line with procedures, specifications, standards requirements, and targets. In this role you will drive the formal acceptance of the project by the customer, maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction by providing excellent service at all stages of the project.

This position reports to

Service Manager

Your responsibilities

• Follow up with engineering and customers.
• KOM for ELSE projects.
• Follow up material manufacturing, delivery times, logistics and cost control.
• Invoices review.
• Solve issues with customers.

Your background

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electronic Engineer or similar.
• Two years of experience working in similar positions.
• Experience in execution of projects with medium complexity.
• Experience working in Electrification Industry.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel), SAP or another ERP.
• MS Project or similar project management software.
• Advanced English skills.
• Team collaboration, Project Profitability, Customer Satisfaction focus.
• Availability to travel (40%).
