Job Description

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Configuration, validation and support for setup of IPCs, HMIs.
• Provide support during planned and unplanned maintenance in IPCs, HMI, PLC.
• Provide IT Security specifications to vendors for acquisition of new Machining Equipment.
• Provide Technical support for planning, installation, and configuration of new IT devices related to production lines (HMI, IPCs, PLCs).
• Install and run manually updates for Antivirus and Windows Updates in IPCs, HMIs, and PCs located in manufacturing area, scan and ensure those devices are free of virus.
• Coordination of the maintenance of inventory data within our internal tool.
• Provide awareness sessions for internal employees.
• Implementation of the central directive "IT security in manufacturing" by creating local concepts.
• Organize and drive meetings with plant management and with other internal key players, local Data Security Officer, Virus Protection Officer, Protection Security Partner (PRS-P), etc.
• Coordination and documentation of annual audits of the IT security emergency concept.
• Implementation of remote support tool for manufacturing area.

Qualifications

• Educational background: Completed studies in the field of mechatronics, electrical, engineering and/or Computer Information degree.
• Profound knowledge about the manufacturing process, the technical setup and function of the Machinery Equipment in production lines.
• Expertise: 2-3 years of related Controls engineers / IPC (Industrial PC), HMI (Human Machine Interface) running Operating Systems embedded such as Win7, WinXP, Win10, etc.
• Expertise: 2-3 years of experience providing support to production lines launches and troubleshooting (Communication topics through Network TCP/IP, Profinet, HMI, IPC devices); in both physical.

• 2 years of experience managing and providing support to PLC's programing, configuration of Network protocols (Desired)
• Expertise: back up and restoring PLCs, IPCs, HMI, PCs devices using Acronis tool (Preferred: Server - Client solution)
• Expertise: Manual installation and execution of Antivirus and Windows Updates (in IPCs, HMI's) and devices in manufacturing area.

Technical English Skills. (read, written and spoken)
