We're looking for a hands-on operations leader with strong resource management skills and a high level of organization. Someone who's not afraid to get involved on the ground, understands technical deployments, and can lead teams with clarity and purpose. If you have a track record in delivering inside and outside plant projects, managing installations of CCTV systems, totems, structured cabling, and have experience or knowledge in networking and safety protocols, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee end-to-end project execution, including installation and commissioning of telecom and electronic security infrastructure.

- Manage technical and field teams, ensuring effective delegation, supervision, and alignment to project goals.

- Develop and implement technical training programs to enhance field capabilities.

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery timelines.

- Maintain strong control and follow-up mechanisms to track project progress and resolve issues.

- Coordinate with internal areas (engineering, procurement, logistics) for seamless execution.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (with official degree and professional license - título y cédula profesional). Postgraduate studies (Master's degree or diploma) desirable.

- 10-15 years of experience in operational and project management roles OR 3-5 years at associate director or senior management level.

- Demonstrated leadership in managing complex technical operations across multiple sites.

- Experience in designing and executing technical training and upskilling plans.

- Desirable knowledge in networking, IP-based systems, LAN/WAN, and structured cabling standards.

- Strong decision-making, planning, and team development abilities.
