We are looking talents for our Interlomas' General Offices for the position of

Data Analytics & Automation Manager

Managerial full-time position
Start date: as soon as possible
Location: Huixquilucan, Paseo Interlomas
Work schedule: full-time with flexible working hours
Profile: Bachelor's degree preferred in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Physical Sciences.
Qualifications: Experience or certification in Statistical Packages: Matlab, SPSS, SAS or JMP. Knowledge on SQL, Knime, and basic programming.
Demonstrates use of data visualization AZURE, DATABRICKS, (Tableau, Power BI, Excel), and analytic tools (Python, R, SQL, KNIME/Alteryx) to grasp the business insights from mountains of data.

Nice to have: Certification as DMP / DAMA

Leads and improves analytical programs and presents the results of the business unit/category/region leaders. Analyzes the variable granular data of the business and regularly uses advanced models to deliver business insights across diverse business domains. With a combination of analytical expertise, data and system knowledge, and business insight, answers and anticipates critical business questions and opportunities and delivers insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts. Collaborates with multifunctional teams (Marketing, Finance, IT, Sales) to improve key business priorities based on data-driven insights.
In Data Analytics, we directly influence business strategy, analytical & technical business needs. We use our boundless curiosity to discover what projects across functions want, why they want it & how we can we influence them through immersive exploration, in-depth analysis and good research.

Your role:

• You will decode and activate implicit, irrational, and unconscious data management of business insights to discover opportunities, drive company focus, and action growth strategies.
• You will identify and define business issues and provide holistic solutions ensuring across functions to participate in our business strategy and execution.
• Use internal and external data sources to build predictive and explanatory models that enable insights into how our consumers, markets, and retailers behave
• Focus on building reproducible code, predictive models, analytics, storytelling, visualizations, and engaging presentations that facilitate a deep understanding of consumer and shopper behaviors
• Be responsible for Leveraging Advanced Analytics and Data to deliver analytic insights in several business domains answering and anticipating critical business questions and opportunities to deliver critical insights to the business in ways that make significant impacts.
• Also you will apply integrative thinking to draw conclusions across varied data sets and experiences bring to bear data analytics, business insights, and behavioral sciences transforming them into business insights/ opportunities that are conveyed effectively to drive actions with key business partners.
• You will love to act as an internal, active and influential business strategy consultant, whose role is to ensure that business strategy and need are the foundations of our business strategy and execution.
• Be part of a multi-functional business team constantly exploring new opportunities for business growth.
• Your key to success will be your ability to build on and combine soft skills with analytical skills, and use integrative thinking to convey research findings to drive actions with your key business partners.
• You will be growing your skills connecting with internal & external specialists to explore new ways to learn and by exchanging your findings with the Data Analytics family.

Job Qualifications

• Eligible to work in Huixquilucan, Estado de México.
• Graduated with 5 - 8 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or Physical Sciences, Data Analytics.
• May have knowledge of Python, Power Bi, R, AZURE, Databricks, SQL, Knime.
• Strong analytical skills using multiple data sources.
• Team orientation, "can-do " attitude and ability to deliver breakthrough results
• Creativity, innovation, initiative, follow-through, communication, and priority-setting.
• Operate with technical excellence while collaborating effectively with others.
