?? What You'll Do:

?? Oversee services like cafeteria, transportation, and workspace coordination

?? Design and implement culture and engagement programs that make a real impact

?? Lead company events and visits that foster pride and participation

?? Monitor service provider performance and ensure legal compliance

?? Track and present KPIs that support continuous improvement

?? What We're Looking For:

? Bachelor's Degree

? 3–5 years of experience in General Services, Facilities, or Culture roles (previous experience in HR environments is a plus)

? Advanced English proficiency

? Strong organizational and leadership skills

? A genuine passion for employee experience and operational excellence
