We are looking for: WH Supervisor to work in our branch based in General Escobedo, Nuevo León.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse
• Manage, motivate and train the warehouse staff
• Evaluate the performance of the warehouse staff and plan personnel accordingly
• Manage, organize and optimize warehouse processes (the shipping, receiving, and storing of material)
• Responsible for the correct registration of inventory movements and look for optimizations
• Manage and maintain 5S
• Manage the care and maintenance of warehouse equipment
• Oversee any inventory discrepancies
• Support the implementation of the operational plan and support the measuring and reporting of the status
• Manage staff (hourly and salary employees)
• Support the implementation of security and quality processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineer or equal by experience
• +2 years of experience preferably in the automotive sector or similar
• Advanced English
• No fear of heights
• Hands-on and pragmatic
• Good conflict management
• Lean thinking
• Leadership

Knowledge:

• Experience using forklift
• ERP System (Oracle, AS400, SAP, etc.)
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience using the scanner

We offer:

• Salary between $26,000 - $32,000 monthly gross
