Descripción
The role is to provide exceptional support for mission-critical Oracle E-Business Suite applications as part of our global customer support team. The position has the responsibility for researching, troubleshooting and supporting across Oracle EBS modules for our global manufacturing facilities. Hope Global operates a single, global instance of Finance and Discrete Manufacturing modules on release 12. The role requires skills to document requirements, diagnose; then develop, test, package and deliver fixes for such issues in a complex, integrated in a custom and standard-configured environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- English advanced
- Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
Knowledge:
- Oracle EBS SCM Modules(Purchasing, Inventory, Orden Management)Finance desirable.
- 5+ years relevant Oracle E-Business Suite experience, including R12.
- 5+ years direct support of application end-users in a corporate environment.
- Knowledge with Oracle EBS R12, including full life-cycle implementation experience, configuration and administration of the application.
- Preferred, manufacturing experience, textile and assembly automotive sector.
Responsibilities:
- Solve internal customer issues using methodical troubleshooting based on mid and expert knowledge of Oracle EBS applications functionality and technology.
- Work closely with users to understand their needs, support business change, and deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience
- Provide remote-based functional support & training for multiple EBS modules, globally.
- Support client customizations, sharing implementation and best practices advice.
- Develop application break fixes and workarounds for critical product defects.
- Be a pro-active contributor to a 24x7x365 running support organization, this will require working flexible hours, monitoring email regularly outside standard business hours
- Provide hands-on assistance using proprietary tools in a test environment or via remote client connectivity.
- Develop upon legacy reporting and set a new framework in place to retire obsolete technology and reports.
- Contribute to the development and management of knowledge-sharing methodologies, diagnostic tools, and creative processes, to improve the user experience.

- Trouble-shooting skills and tenacity in problem solving.
- Passionate focus on customer support and the ability to build long term, successful working relationships with users.
- Knowledge of key application functionality, tables and relationships.
- Knowledge of Oracle EBS customization/extension methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills – verbal & written in English/Spanish
- Attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
- Extreme focus on Client satisfaction.
- Ability to work calmly and professionally in high pressure situations.
