The mission will be to manage, monitor, and troubleshoot technical issues in video projection equipment, video conferencing systems, telecommunications equipment, and structured cabling.
Main Activities
Attend and resolve technical support tickets.
Create and coordinate a preventive maintenance schedule for video projection equipment, video conferencing systems, telecommunications equipment, air conditioning, and lighting.
Perform equipment configuration backups.
Replace structured cabling connectors.
Conduct tests and inspections of managed equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Inventory management.
Follow up on and coordinate equipment warranties.
Coordinate with service providers.
Requirements
English level B1
Degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the field.
Basic knowledge of networks and TCP/IP protocols
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Experience with peripherals (scanners and printers)
Basic knowledge of structured cabling
