Maintenance Manager

Main responsabilities:

• The Maintenance Manager role is the responsible of maintenance process management and leads the local organization in the maintenance department:
• Collaborates with other operations departments (mailnly Production, Quality, Process Technology) to achieve the KPI´s Targets.
• Responsible of Budget and investment in the maintenance department, he organizes and oversee all activities that affect the maintenance costs.
• Responsible of the groups leader of the different technical groups of maintenance department (normally electricians, mechanics, tooling, automation).
• Manages in the plant the main relationships with technical suppliers.
• Coordinates the responsabilities and needs related to plant assets and Maintenance departments in the application of safety regulations.
• Collaborates and supports in the plant the definition of the technical specifications for the assets in the new processes and to improve the assets already present.
• Oversee the maintenance system in particular during certification and customers audit.
• Responsible of the competence improvement of maintenance department.
• Organizes and sustains the 5S activities in the maintenance area.

Requirements:

• University/Master degree or equivalent experience in Engineering.
• English advanced level.
• Experience in similar position.
• Automotive industry experience.
• Experience in plastic materials and plastic processing (injection, compression molding).
• Knowledge of Main Operation Processes in the plant
• Experience in Multinational Organization.
• Relationship Management.
• Budget, Maintenance Controlling.
• Theory and application of Maintenance Management.
• Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Oleodynamic.
• Electromechanics, electrical engineering, automation.
• Safety regulations.
• Organization and Time Management.
