JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide general administrative and clerical support.
Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
Assist in researching new deals and sourcing local suppliers.
Support internal communications and coordination between departments.
Prepare basic reports, purchase requests, and documentation as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required 2 years of relevant administrative or purchasing work experience.
Bachelor's degree in Administration or Accounting.
Capable of understanding and communicating in English for work-related tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).
Basic knowledge of procurement processed and local supplier research.
Good document organization and clerical skills.
