Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class client experience
• Manage campaign performance and troubleshoot low-performing accounts
• Communicate marketing strategy and digital marketing best practices clearly
• Interact with clients via Salesforce, phone, or other electronic platforms
• Create content marketing roadmaps for clients
• Collaborate closely with internal teams and departments
• Identify and act on client opportunities, risks, and key issues
• Stay updated on best practices for SEO and PPC methodologies
• Translate technical concepts to clients in a non-technical context
• Meet clearly defined performance and professionalism standards
• Create and maintain documentation as assigned

• Advanced English level (spoken and written)
• Experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus
