We will count on you to:
Experience with Figma, Sketch, and Design Systems. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD is a significant advantage.
Work with methodologies and processes such as Agile, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design
Collaborate with both business users and technical teams, discussing technical concepts, and devising solutions that meet the needs of all stakeholders
Detect design challenges and develop sophisticated solutions
Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualise design concepts
Make strategic design and UX decisions for both core and new functionalities and features
Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand design requirements and project goals
Adhere to brand guidelines and utilizing UX/UI design patterns.
What you need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Computer Science, or related field.
2-4 years of related experience working in UX/UI roles
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design skills and experience.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Experience in application of UX trends, methodologies, and expert skill with UX tools
Experience in UI component libraries and frameworks
A strong portfolio showcasing successful UX projects and other technical achievements is crucial.
English language fluency
