Job Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or Administration.
3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in payroll or pre-payroll preparation.
Experience and interest in event coordination.
Proficiency in Excel; macros would be a plus.
Experience in a manufacturing/distribution center/plant environment (desirable).
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute end-to-end recruitment processes.
Mantein contact with partners a from other countries
Conduct onboarding for new employees.
Manage and monitor payroll and employee benefits.
Record incidents, absences, and disabilities in the system.
Maintain constant communication with employees and follow up with them.
Promote a collaborative and healthy work environment within the plant.
Organize events/celebrations for employees.
Maintain contact with suppliers.
Follow up with consultants.
Liaise with area leaders for profile gathering.
Keep the personnel database updated.
Provide advice and support on labor and human resources issues.
Create presentations for foreign leaders.
