?? Key Responsibilities:
?? Build Strong Distributor Partnerships: Develop and manage Master Distributors (MDs) within the IR channel across Monterrey and the northern region, ensuring effective collaboration and strong market coverage.
?? Drive Sales Performance: Take full responsibility for achieving Sell-In (ST) and Sell-Out (SO) targets in the region.
?? Expand INFINIX Market Footprint: Boost retail point coverage and enhance our market penetration in Monterrey and surrounding areas.
?? Shape Channel & Pricing Strategy: Design and execute consistent channel policies and pricing strategies aligned with national guidelines.
?? Manage Key Accounts: Use your experience with major accounts to strengthen long-term relationships and increase business value.
?? Control Inventory Effectively: Oversee ST, SO, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock health and turnover efficiency.
??? Fluent English Required: Strong communication skills in English are a must for this role.
