We are seeking a committed and energized Continuous Improvement Lead to deploy and execute the continuous improvement strategy, as well as to develop, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives. This role supports the creation of a CI Culture and the development of necessary information and systems to continue improving our organization.

Main Respoinsibilties:

• Lead deployment of lean tools in the site, such as MIFAs, 5S's, Kaizen, Setup Reduction, Cost Outs, Material Flow, standard work, TPM, and frequency studies coordination.
• Define the 5S journey for the plant and oversee the execution and sustainability of the 5S program. Analyze information on the performance of the internal Audits program and define corrective and systemic actions based on results.
• Lead the implementation of Continuous Improvement processes and systems

Requirements:

• Experience 3-5 years as a Change Agent in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid and proven experience in lean manufacturing tools and six sigma methodologies.
• Proficient in advanced analytical and cognitive skills.
• Fully Bilingual English / Spanish.
• Experience in Quality Systems requirements and ISO/IATF certifications
• Technical knowledge
• Lean Tool Expert on VSM, 5S, STW, TPM, SMED.
• Proficient in MS Office /Excel
