Job Description

(may perform other duties as requested not specifically addressed in this document) - Participate in design and implementation of the computing and storage services for new and existing LOB`s. - Supervise the maintenance of the infrastructure of the region, been the second point of escalation to solve incidents and problems. - Investigate solutions to improve the balance of central computing and storage cost and client satisfaction in short- and long-term relationship. - Manage vendors during design and configuration of solutions (Microsoft, Nutanix, VMWare, HP, DEL , EMC, Citrix, etc.) that improve the benefits for clients and the company. - Lead projects with vendors and 3rd party solutions to improve the performance and services of the company. - Participate in the advancement of the Active Directory infrastructure including but not limited to Group Policy, Directory security, WSUS and DFS Technology implementation - Provide second tier of systems support; assist other support representatives when required. - Participate in the disaster recovery efforts to protect the corporate data assets. - Participate in the advancement of virtualization infrastructure including but not limited to Nutanix and/or VMware technologies.
