Technical mission :

• Perform validation tests in accordance with test requests, specifications: good knowledges of automotive manufacturer's specifications and international validation standard for automotive devices.
• Compose the test report by including; monitoring results, waveforms, benches test report etc...
• Able to understand measurements in order to provide a status on the test conformity.
• Able to give a clear Reporting to Validation leader / Test Team leader & project members.
• Ensure traceability of components and test parts.
• Can perform or launch test in external partner labs.
• QRQC-PDCA/FTA: identify & report correctly the issue using 5W2H & QR in the QRQC.
• Efficient to analyze issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Can rigorously apply procedures.
• Involve in the laboratory improve plan.

Environmental & Security:

• In the frame of the ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications, commit to Safety and Environmental issues: Safety QRQC, safety rules, security equipment's uses...

Requirements:

• Knowledge in mechanic, hydraulic and pneumatics. Metrology, prototypes, maintenance, Excel, statistics, GD&T (basic), IATF (basic), dynamometers (durability and functional tests), Weibull (desirable). Familiarity with the driving parts of a vehicle
• Intermediate English.
