PROJECT QUALITY ENGINEER
Mission of the Role?:
Responsible for all quality matters related to project development. Define and establishes together with the customer the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP). Function is to assure the customer Advanced Quality requirements during the product and process development process and to act as a liaison between the Customer and the Plant Quality Manager.
Profile
· University degree preferably in chemistry or industrial engineering. Title and ID required.
· Knowledge of ISO9001 and / or ISOTS16949 norms:
· Knowledge of quality tools, DFMEA, PFMEA, 8D, QFD, and quality standards in the automotive industry APQP & PPAP.
· 3 years in similar position in aoutomotive industrie.
· Advance english

Job Responsibilities
Determining the latest customer standards during the quote phase and project development?
Manages Validation Plans according to the norms and test methods indicated on drawings
Support product engineering during the design and manufacturing feasibility
Establishes the documentation system necessary according to the Customer's procedures and requirements.
Support customer visits for validations
Support Capacity studies and prevention for failure mode analysis (DFMEA &PFMEA)
Knowledge
Previous experience as a Project Quality Engineer
Strong technical aptitude and undestanding of the Customer's procedures and requirements.
Solid knowledge in prepare and submit PAPP, APQP, DVP&R.
Negotiation siklls
Experience in implementing projects in the production area, 3 years
Basic knowledge of injection moulding and painting of plastic components
Solving problems any issues during during project development and launch
Identifies testing requirements for the new projects
Know process validation for new product
Having previously worked with clients such as: Toyota, Honda, Ford, Nissan, KIA and FCA.
