About the opportunity

The Ellucian Banner Human Resources R&D team is seeking an intern to contribute to enhancing the product. The software solutions this team builds deliver top of the line visualizations to turn higher ed institution data into actionable business insights for academic and financial success. Our work uses various technologies including Java, Git, Docker, Node, and React to form both our front-end user experiences and associated back-end processes to transform and set a customer's data into our solutions.

Where you will make an impact:

• Proof of concept projects regarding new technologies, including mobile or expanding technologies already in use by our clients
• Assist with exploratory projects that are currently in development to research and develop solutions for questions not yet answered
• Participate in the evolution of Ellucian SaaS solutions and become a true cloud leader in the market

What will you bring:

• Undergraduate student (Junior or rising Senior)
• Coursework in Computer Science or other technical degree program.
• Top-notch computer programming skills.
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with the following: Node, React, Java, Git, Docker
