The Quality Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external standards, leads internal and external audits, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure application of quality policies and procedures across all departments.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO).
Maintain and safeguard QMS documentation.
Coordinate and follow up on internal audits and external (2nd and 3rd party) audits.
Supervise quality inspection and receiving personnel.
Generate and monitor monthly performance indicators.
Address and follow up on corrective actions.
Conduct process performance evaluations.
Technical Knowledge:
ISO Quality Assurance Systems
Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, etc.)
Continuous Improvement (Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, 8D)
Process Mapping (Line Balancing, Time and Motion Studies)
Metrology (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
Technical Drawing Interpretation
Required Profile:
Engineering degree (any discipline)
Leadership and decision-making skills
Strong verbal communication and negotiation abilities
Analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure
Minimum experience required: Yes (not specified in document)
