Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in electronics-related areas (mechatronics, robotics, nanotechnology, etc.).
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of electronics, familiarity with circuits, and the operation of components.
• Familiarity with FCT fixture manufacturing requirements, proficiency in using testing instruments such as oscilloscopes.
• Experience with LabVIEW for test programming, designing, and creating test fixtures for PCBA or finished products.
• Familiarity with testing instruments and knowledge of test programming.
• Preferred experience in the development of power tools, energy storage systems, and home appliances.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of project testing, including test scheduling, design, and creation of test fixtures.
• Oversee the identification, analysis, and improvement of potential issues during the testing process.
• Participate in software requirements analysis, design, and the preparation of related documentation.
• Verify and maintain the functions of existing systems and fixtures, resolve issues that arise during system operation, correct errors, and continuously optimize and integrate workflows.
• Understand the operating principles of NI series products and possess the ability to rewrite them repeatedly.
• Collaborate in requirements analysis and the design of products/projects, and provide technical support.
