We are a company with Global Presence, and we are currently looking for new talent: CUSTOMER SERVICE US INTERN.
Qualifications:
Currently studying International Studies, Business or Engineering (7th or 8th Semester)
Available to do an internship for 6 months in Apodaca.
Cover the following schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
Advanced Conversational English
Objetive: Follow up on sales orders for spare parts to guarantee their shipment on time as agreed with the client, complying with Güntner policies, seeking the most efficient way of transportation.
Responsabilities:
Review daily orders that are ready to ship with Logistics team
Establish with customer which way they wish to ship, ground, air, LTL, freight, priority etc.
Upon customers' needs, send BOLs, Packing slips, invoices, any documentation that is requested
Follow up to make sure goods have arrived to final destination/s
Creation of quotations within sales Force
Possibility of creation of corrective lines within system administration
Provide product quotes within 24 to 48 hours
Follow up on past quotes to request Purchase orders
Freight quote follow ups and send to customers for approvals
Knowledge and Soft Skills:
Logistics and Transportation fees
Foreign Trade, customs laws and regulations.
International treaties.
Soft Skills: Proactive, Responsible, Adaptability and Organization.
