Overall Responsibility

The Customer Experience Supervisor will oversee the department's needs and requirements. Maintain a

well-performing service level and KPI targets. This individual will report any consistent issues and look for

problem-solving methodologies.

Responsibility

• Accomplish department objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes.

• Maintain agents by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and developing personal growth opportunities.

• Accomplish staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Maintains a positive work environment while keeping the agents motivated
