Main Responsibilities

• Organizes and coordinates maintenance plans for the factory's machines and facilities. The main objective is to maximize the availability of equipment, minimizing costs and downtime through connectivity and control of indicators. Work plans and decisions are reviewed by supervisors and Engineers.

What Skills You Need

• Three or more years of experience in Engineering or Maintenance Planning.
• Knowledge of maintenance indicators (UP time, MTTR, MTBF, Spare Parts, MP, Predictive).
• Experience in maintenance scheduling and planning in SAP System.
• Administration of maintenance budget, policies, and factory payments.
• Knowledge of the IMMEX program for its administration in asset control and legal compliance.
• Supports and implements programs within the organization to prevent injuries and illnesses; and assists in the identification and resolution of potential safety, ergonomic and health hazards.
• Market research for qualified suppliers of materials and services. Seek competitive and negotiated sources of materials and equipment, services for maintenance and projects assigned to the engineer. Prepare purchase orders for management approval.
• Knowledge of technological tools for maintenance management and digital maintenance.

What Makes You Stand Out

• Knowledge of safety programs for maintenance
• Knowledge of SAP PM module,
• Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, power systems, etc.).
• Skill in using Power BI and/or computer-aided engineering.
• Knowledge of contract management and Indirect Materials & Systems (IM&S) Supply Management Strategies.
