Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead plastic and metal welding projects for customers across a variety of industries including automotive parts, medical devices, electronic components.
• Communicate and align with adjacent functions to achieve project goals.
• Communicates and coordinates 3rd party collaborate with vendors or construction contractors on commercial as well as technical related project requirements.
• Develop and present customer proposals.
• Host customer visits to review designs, hold equipment weld trials and production simulation runs, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field or equivalent years of experience in customer project management and industrial manufacturing sales processes, including technical consultation and multi-functional collaboration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing environment and customer engagement

PREFERRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• Background in plastics, automotive, electronics, or medical device industry
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Access
• Understanding of CRM (Oracle, Salesforce, etc.)
• PMI certification
