We are currently looking for a QC Leader for our new site in San Luis Potosí, Mexico.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Education: Bachelor degree
• At least 2 years of experience as a QC Leader
• Intermediate English

Basic Skills:

• Familiarity with the company's quality and environmental system.
• Knowledge of the requirements for receiving materials and shipping.
• Familiarity with customer-specific shipping requirements.
• Familiarity with statistical techniques related to quality control and their practical application.

Job Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for quality control of incoming and outgoing materials within the QC area.
• Planning the area's work (incoming and outgoing control), setting objectives, and reviewing their compliance.
• Reviewing various incoming and outgoing inspection reports.
• Supervising and handling abnormalities in incoming and outgoing inspections.
• Improving the skills and training of quality inspection personnel and shift leaders; conducting performance evaluations.
• Confirming the causes of customer complaints and validating the effects of improvements.
• Evaluating and scheduling IQC and OQC personnel.
• Assisting with tasks assigned by superiors.
• Scheduling and supervising the execution of the annual training plan.
• Coordinating and communicating with other departments.
