Associate Software Engineer

This role is fundamental to develop and enhance the software components in the assigned software engineering function in one or more of the following areas of platform and application software development, software quality engineering, software testing, cyber security, support and maintenance. The role of Associate Software Engineer is crucial for the actual development of the product sold by ABB.

Your responsibilities

• Development of software and design databases.
• Migration of existing databases and tools to new applications.
• Creates maintainable code and deliverables.
• Control of server conection for engineering area.
• Drives data-driven strategy and decision making for predictive analytics and optimization.
• Support software engineering to suggest own creative ideas either in new software development projects, debugging and maintenance of existing software.
• Support PoweBI metrics.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.
• 1 year of Experience.
• SAP basic knowledge.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Database design Proficiency.
• Advanced programming skills.
• Intermediate English level.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Ability to prioritize.
