The Hyperion Analyst will manage dimensions, write business rules code, maintain SmartView reports, manage security, etc. in our three Hyperion applications while providing business analytics and collaborations in our CSO.

• Administer and fully manage three Cloud based Oracle Hyperion Applications
• Maintain all database dimensions, hierarchies, Business Rules, SmartLists, Objects, etc.
• Liaise with IT and business to map data in and out of Hyperion to various reporting systems
• Maintain mapping and manage loading of financials into Hyperion application
• Create and maintain webform and task lists
• Improve application efficiencies for business and end users
• Maintain group and user security
• Manage standard and adhoc reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3+ years of professional IT experience
• 2+ years of finance professional experience preferred
• Extensive knowledge of the management and maintaining Cloud based Oracle

Hyperion Planning and SmartView system:

• Ability to write Hyperion business rules
• Ability to build webforms and Task Lists
• Ability to update hierarchies and construct alternate hierarchies
• Ability to manage objects and data backups on the server
• Knowledge of data integration to/from PeopleSoft preferred
• Knowledge of data integration to/from Power BI preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Ability to meet tight deadlines, work independently and demonstrate a sound understanding of the business processes
• Knowledge of planning and performance processes, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and periodic business reviews
• Team orientated, a "can do" attitude and flexible approach
• Enthusiasm for solving problems and working collaboratively
• Independent/Self-starter with high attention to detail
• Strong working knowledge of systems integrations
• Must be able to complete maintenance during non-work hours, when necessary.
