Support IT strategy and provide effective projectdelivery expertise for Pricing program. Support Corporate IT and business leadersto define requirements and assist with execution of pricing projects and managepricing program delivery. Work with global project teams to deliver technologyprojects of varying size and complexity. Plan and organize all projectactivities, interface with internal and external partners to ensure that allprojects are delivered on-time and within scope. Support resource availabilityand allocation, identify risks and manage change to deliver effective projectmanagement and tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership and management of a globally distributed team
• Collaborate with multiple project teams and stakeholders across the business, spanning multiple regions and languages.
• Provide regular reporting on project progress with recommendations for areas of improvement.
• Project planning and implementation
• Work with business and IT teams to understand business requirements and develop solutions.
• Recommend project delivery roadmap and develop project plans
• Run Management Operating System
• Budget and resource allocation
• Manage scope, cost and schedule for assigned projects
• Manage risk and develop mitigation plans

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience as an IT Program Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
• Excellent leadership, change management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with leading and managing a portfolio of IT projects in one of the leading platforms such as PROS, Salesforce, Zuora, Hybirs, SAP etc.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• The ability to work independently and self-motivated. •
• Strong Project Management exp with resource allocations, managing project/portfolio finances, tracking project metrics and reporting
• Advanced English/Conversational
