The Business Process Analyst for the Opportunity to Cash group will lead initiatives to ensure successful implementation of digitalization and modernization of finance processes. The role is accountable to consult with Business and Process Owner, on any level, driving the utilization of adequate technologies to address the needed improvements towards full digitalization and modernization of finance processes.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Analyzes finance processes (in detail where required); assessing automation opportunity, from technical perspective and performing due diligence to drive improvement and efficiencies.
• Identifies time-consuming internal processes and build solutions that are reliable.
• Leads projects within Opportunity to Cash, applying project management skills.
• Acts as a process optimization and digitalization consultant.
• Drives innovation through process improvement and digitally driven solutions.
• Ensures the transparency of the ongoing activities.
• Supports the teams during the UAT and rollout.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Relevant Certifications, a plus.
• Understanding of Lean principles/methodologies.
• 5+ years in comparable business setting, Order to Cash preferred.
• Project lead and/or business development/process improvement.
• Experience in process design and digital solution implementations.
• Experience with SAP.
• Capability to effectively manage deadlines/time, prioritization, in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiar with AI topics (e.g., Machine Learning, Chatbots, etc.)
• Familiar with data analytics for process improvement.
• Ability to listen, support, and motivate team members.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• RESUME MUST BE SUBMITTED IN ENGLISH FOR CONSIDERATION .
