Job description
- The Technical Project Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of mobile capabilities for internal and external clients in an Agile environment. The primary product leverages and expands existing mobile capabilities.
- Responsible for the end to end lifecycle - planning, execution and implementation of the capabilities required for the product.
- This is a highly visible position that interacts with a broad spectrum of
- stakeholders including management at varying levels, developers, architects, business leaders and the like.
- Solid experience with technology product- and project-management, cross-functional team leadership, as well as exceptional business analysis, problem-solving, cross-team coordination, communications, project/program management, processes, and change management skills.
- The ideal candidate is not just a facilitator or project plan tracker but ensures things get done. The ideal candidate must have a drive to get things done and a make it happen attitude.
Basic Qualifications
- 6+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 10+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Business, or other related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical program/project management.
- Experience with mobile and web-based applications
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytic, and troubleshooting skills
- SCRUM/Agile experience
- Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision
- making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to focus on the tasks at hand
- A positive and enthusiastic outlook, both within the team and when working alone.
- Be highly motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn and to grow within the role
- Passion for high quality software engineering
