SUMMARY

The primary objective of this role is to work alongside the RPA Manager and RPA Programmers to monitor and maintain automated bots on production environments, including debugging and troubleshooting existing basic bots. This position also needs to be able to perform basic QA reviews and migrate bots from DEV and UAT to the production environments. This role identifies issues and coordinates with more experienced peers to provide solutions when needed to maintain optimal application performance of the RPA tools and servers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work alongside the RPA Programmers to learn customer business processes and gain an understanding of all data sources to accurately support basic post-production issues
• Ensures all new bots and their attributes are captured in our Ecosystem tracking file and follow the established internal departmental controls and best practices
• Work on SharePoint/Jira tickets requesting assistance with projects in the development environment and accesses in the RPA platform
• Responsible for bot migration from Development/UAT to the Production environment
• Identify performance issues/improvements and coordinate with more experienced peers to provide a solution if necessary

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science or equivalent
• 0-1 years of experience
• Basic problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to learn new technologies
• Ability to provide weekly status updates of tasks, roadblocks, accomplishments
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Bilingual in Spanish & English (verbal & written)
• Basic programing knowledge on JavaScript, VB Script, or any scripting language
