What you'll do- You will report to the Software Development Engineer Senior Manager, to contribute towards a collaborative environment, analyze product epics/features from Product Owner and help by breaking them down into user stories, with appropriate amount of detail.
- Work with Subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Create clear and concise user stories, ensuring that all Acceptance Criteria is being considered for functional and non-functional requirements.
- Generate Business Analysis artifacts, such as capabilities gap analysis and process flow diagrams.
- Facilitate and assist with backlog refinement activities as needed by the Product Owner
- Assist in the maintenance of product documentation in Google Sites
- Provide support by identifying and removing roadblocks.
- Create napkin mockups and screen prototypes.
- Generate ad-hoc reports from database.
- Review API specifications and help with UI data mapping.
- Assist in setting mock data for various scenarios.
- Develop and perform complex analysis and modeling.
- Assist in test-case creation and review to ensure coverage of system requirements.
- Perform high level functional testing.
- Support and communicate with external parties during System Integration and Acceptance Testing.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
- Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other scrum ceremonies.
- Lead product ideation meetings for product discovery and send out meeting minutes.

- Bachelor's degree in information technology; Computer Science, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience
- 4-5 years of work experience in operations or analysis in IT domains, Telecom industry is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience writing requirements documents and other similar project documentation preferred.
- Experience with SQL queries
- Use of ALM and collaboration tools such as Azure DevOps, Confluence, Jira, Rally, etc.
- Must be a team player with strong attention to detail and able to work independently.
- Proven track record at delivering timely and accurate information in a fast-paced environment.
- Well versed in scrum methodology and working in Agile environments.
