The Supply Chain Manager will direct all activities related to Supply Chain, Warehouse and Transportation. Develop and implement a region/zone supply chain and logistics strategy to facilitate the cost-effective flow of merchandise from suppliers to customers.
Responsibilities
Direct all supply and logistics policies, procedures, and activities to maximize the efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost effectiveness of the organization's supply chain. Activities may include: materials planning and control, procurement, inventory management, storage, warehousing, logistics, transport and distribution.
Oversee the budget for Supply Chain.
Monitor the performance of all supply and logistics activities against these goals.
Research, negotiate, maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate relationships and contracts with external suppliers so the organization has a reliable supply of goods and services that meet its standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree required
7+ years in supply chain positions in leadership roles.
Expert knowledge of SAP and WMS appropriate modules.
Experience in the Food industry sector
Highly experience using planning models (S&OP, CPFR, SIOP).
Strategic and operational focus on Supply Chain
Track of cost savings and productivity
Strong communication skills & customer service skills.
English conversational level
