Role Overview:

Experienced Project Manager to support the migration of the SAP B1 ERP system to Oracle Fusion across the LATAM region. The successful candidate will work closely with multiple regional controllers who primarily speak Spanish, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition, and will also communicate with the wider organization in English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning and Management: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans and timelines. Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for regional controllers and other key stakeholders. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates on project status. Ensure clear and effective communication across all project teams, including the wider organization in English.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary.
• Project Delivery: Focus on delivering the project within the defined scope, timeline, and budget. Coordinate with the wider project group to ensure alignment and successful integration.

Mandatory Skills / Qualifications:

• **Previous experience working in Financial Services.**
• **Comfortable working with Finance and Accounting concepts and principles e.g. Chart of Accounts, General Ledger entry mapping etc.**
• **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.**
• **Experience working with 3rd party suppliers and consultants.**
• **Team player with focus on delivery.**
• **Comfortable leading discussions and presenting to stakeholders.**
• **Excellent verbal and written skills.**

Desired Skills / Qualifications:

• Experience working with Oracle Fusion or other SaaS based Finance applications.
• Prince2 / PMP/ SAFe qualification.

Accounting (CPA, CA, CIMA, ACA, ACCA).
