Descripción
Human Resources Generalist
Requirements:
• Studies: Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or must count with similar experience.
• Experience: At least 3 years' experience as a Human Resources generalist dealing with administrative and operational personnel.
• Schedule Availability: Full-time.
• Availability to Travel: Will constantly travel and for long periods.
• English Level: Bilingual
• Microsoft Office: Intermediate.
• Technical Knowledge: Administration Management Systems. Knowledge of labor laws in force, payroll, and personnel administration.
Main Activities:
· Plan and monitor the different projects under his/her responsibility, as well as determine the objectives and scope of the projects.
· Organize and motivate project stakeholders to achieve agreed goals and timelines.
· Develop trusting relationships with business leaders.
· Develop strategic plans to drive HR processes and initiatives.
· Support business leaders to develop organizational structure and design.
· Work with the relevant team to implement actions to attract, develop and retain talent in the organization.
· Develop change management initiatives in line with local practices.
· Administratively manages the Human Resource located in the assigned work centers.
· Controls and supervises that the policies and guidelines established by the company are followed.
· Deals with and provides follow-up to internal labor cases and before the local authorities from each work center.
· Contracting employees in the assigned work centers.
· Termination of employee labor relationships in the assigned work centers.
· Preparation and administration of administrative sanctions.
· Proposes strategies to improve the work conditions and subjects in general of the Human Resources area.
· Management of personnel movements.
· Recruitment of personnel.
· Administration and filing of labor documents.
· Provides support and assistance to other companies in the group on human resources subjects in other countries where it is present.
• Performs other functions as necessary.
