The Opportunity
The L10 role will aid PFNA Sales Enablement and Growth Office GTM Transformation to drive share, revenue and cost productivity by providing comprehensive analytical support that will help the enterprise quantitively assess the performance of GTM transformational AOP-initiated strategic deliverables. The work of the GTM Strategic Manager will be initatied through a series of key projects, which are aimed at advancing forward PFNA's Faster, Stronger and Better agenda. This role will provide vital insights leadership that is action orientated and that will help guide the decision making of business use cases for potential enterprise-wide GTM commercialization. Given that these transformational workstreams stretch across a variety of horizons, it is vital that the Manager possess a high level of business acumen and vast technical expertise across our internal reporting tools, IRI Unify, Nielsen, etc as well as 3rd party visualization tools - PowerBI. This role will leverage this rich data ecosystem to improve GTM strategy through data insights and be the voice of truth supporting the enterprise's growth strategy. This leader will also interact closely with Sr. Leadership and cross functional teams including Global GTM Transformation, PBNA GTM, Quaker Sales Strategy, PFNA Field Sales, Sales Enablement, Sales Strategy, Finance, R&D, Supply Chain, Service Operations, Insights, Marketing and Commercialization.

Your Impact
Your scope would consist of
- Support the Sales Enablement and GTM Transformation Project Management Leadership Team to identify, measure, and quantify core KPIs and growth / cost productivity opportunities using multiple internal and external data sources (i.e. Business Objects, Power BI, IRI, Nielsen, Kantar, and other platforms).
- Deliver accurate ad hoc and planned analyses with thoughtful business implications to facilitate an E2E approach that maximizes ROI for the organization.
- Adopt and promote a "learning culture" working style by monitoring project performance and leveraging key learnings to set direction for future strategies/plans.
- Collaborate closely with Sr. Leadership to deliver synthesized holistic data and insights to encourage new thinking or new behaviors that will help better position PFNA to further fortify it's long-term GTM leadership position that translates to growth, an improved EVP, innovation, improved CTS, GTM effiencies, profitability, and market share gains.
Strategy Responsibilities/Qualifications
- Serve as the analytics thought leader on projects, applying logical and creative thinking to facilitate fact-based insights.
- Generate project deliverables in partnership with project leaders and other cross-functional key stakeholders in order to fully assess business use case viability.
- Execute against time-sensitive requests from the SVP of Sales Enablement/GTM Transformation, Sr. Director GTM Transformation, and Transformational Project Director, and other cross-functional business partners.
- Act like an owner and maintain an external mindset, including staying ahead of consumer, competitive, GTM, omni marketplace, and macroeconomic trends across the United States.
- Serve as a strategic leader that leverages data to bridge transformational strategy to implementation/execution.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
- Bachelor degree in business, finance, economics, or other similar analytical discipline
- 5+ years of strategic experience either within a GTM strategy/transformation team or Top-Tier consulting firm
- Strong customer and service management skills
- English language proficiency, both verbal and written (CEFR, Level C1 or C2)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with consumer packaged goods retail
- Experience in managing/synthesizing data (i.e. both internal reporting systems and external syndicated data such as IRI Unify, Nielsen, etc as well as 3rd party visualization tools, PowerBI)
- Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment
- Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to "manage-up"
- Love of Consumer Packaged Goods and our brands
- Global outlook that spans both the internal and external spectrums to help optimize both current and future GTM transformation capabilities
