Group of Premium Private Schools invites you to participate in the Recruitment process for the position of Elementary School Teacher (Grade 1° -3°) for the next school year (2025 - 2026).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH
- A university degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, with experience working with early childhood or primary education.
- Prior experience teaching children in grades 1-3, preferably in an elementary school setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for primary-aged students.
- Ability to communicate clearly with young children, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating patience and positive interaction.
- Strong organizational abilities to plan lessons, manage materials, and maintain a productive classroom environment.
JOB OBJECTIVES
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment, focusing on developing foundational academic skills and personal growth.
RESPONSABILITIES
- Lesson Planning: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
- Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive, structured, and disciplined classroom environment.
- Student Assessment: Regularly assess student progress through assignments, tests, and observations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiated Instruction: Adapt lessons to meet the diverse learning needs of students, providing additional support or enrichment as needed.
- Promote Social and Emotional Development: Foster students' social skills and emotional well-being, encouraging collaboration and respectful behavior.
- Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and school activities.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, counselors, and school staff to ensure students' success and well-being.
- Classroom Organization: Manage classroom resources, materials, and activities efficiently to create a conducive learning environment.
- Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve teaching methods and stay current with educational trends.
- Encourage Student Motivation: Inspire students to take an active interest in their learning, helping them set and achieve academic goals.
