QUALIFICATIONS

• Languages: ADVANCED ENGLISH
• A university degree in Early Childhood Education or related fields, with experience working with early childhood or primary education.
• Prior experience teaching children in grades 1-3, preferably in an elementary school setting.
• Strong understanding of child development and effective teaching strategies for primary-aged students.
• Ability to communicate clearly with young children, parents, and colleagues, demonstrating patience and positive interaction.
• Strong organizational abilities to plan lessons, manage materials, and maintain a productive classroom environment.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Promote Social and Emotional Development: Foster students' social skills and emotional well-being, encouraging collaboration and respectful behavior.
• Parent Communication: Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress, behavior, and school activities.
• Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other teachers, counselors, and school staff to ensure students' success and well-being.
• Classroom Organization: Manage classroom resources, materials, and activities efficiently to create a conducive learning environment.
• Professional Development: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to improve teaching methods and stay current with educational trends.
